The San Diego Superior Court’s Register of Actions is intended to assist the public in accessing available case data without visiting the courthouse. All documents made available on this site may be downloaded and viewed at a fee. You may, however, elect to view documents for free at any of the court's branch locations during our normal business hours. For cases and documents filed before the dates listed below, please contact the court where the lawsuit was filed.

Register of Actions information is available for Civil (including Small Claims) and Probate cases initiated on or after January 1, 2007;

and for some Central Probate cases that have been imaged and were initiated on or after April 28, 1997.
